Beverly Nichols Founder

Beverly Nichols has committed her life to help others realize their full potential. Ms. Nichols served as a geriatric caregiver for 15 years, providing personalized care to the elderly. Beverly’s great success as a caregiver, consistently complimented by clients and their family members, led to the development of Beverly’s philosophy on caring. As the agency’s luminary, her focus has been on growing an agency grounded in placing the needs of the clients first and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care. Today, her unwavering commitment to her clients remains and can be seen in the service staff deliver. She has received honors for her contribution to community development and healthcare. Ms. Nichols possesses a bachelor’s degree in gerontology from York College.

Kate Kiguradze

Kate Kiguradze

Dr. Kiguradze has a background in healthcare and education. She practiced as a board-certified pediatric dentist for over ten (10) years and served as an assistant professor of dentistry at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in affiliation with the section of Population Oral Health and Dentcare program as well as a clinical faculty at Yale New Haven Hospital pediatric dental residency program. Dr. Kiguradze is the founder of Darien Pediatric Dentistry, LLC, where she is currently a pediatric dentist, providing dental care to infants, children, and young adults.

Bryan Senker

Bryan Senker

Mr. Senker has over a decade of experience in finance and accounting. Disciplines range from telecommunications, real estate, treasury, higher ed, and nonprofit. A few key projects include the liquidation of Verizon’s cell tower assets for funding the purchase of SG spectrum, financial transformation on a holistic network real estate portfolio, and currently working on event strategy planning amidst the global pandemic. Bryan also has his CPA and MBA.

Dimitra Koutsantoni

Dimitra Koutsantoni

Dr. Koutsantoni has a career spanning education, research, research administration, and university development in higher education institutions. She has experience in research development and outreach, working with senior leadership on setting strategic pool-sties, plans and policies, and fostering connections with organizations. She has worked with corporations and foundations in the US and UK in philanthropic support of higher education initiatives. Her postdoctoral research and fellowships led to a published research monograph, peer-reviewed journal articles, and higher education policy papers. She holds an MA in Applied Linguistics, a Ph.D. In English, and a Certification in Business from Columbia University.

Keisha Phipps

Keisha Phipps

Keisha Phipps is VP & Chief Administrative Officer of social services and transitional housing agency serving over 3,000 clients daily specializing in community reentry, homeless shelters for adults and families with children, transitional independent living programs for runaway homeless youth and homeless young adults. Ms. Phipps brings experience in effectively managing business priorities, enhancing organization processes and business development.

Ms. Phipps completed her dual MBA/MIA from Columbia Business School and SIPA in 2005. She also holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Sophia Thomas

Sophia Thomas

Ms. Thomas is a senior healthcare clinician with over twenty years of experience. She is skilled in acute care and community health. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. She is also a candidate for here MSN forthcoming. As a director of nursing at Beverly’s Home Health Care, Ms. Thomas manages our client’s treatment plan and directs the nursing staff. Amid COVID-19 and the healthcare challenges of today, the need for experienced registered nurses is becoming more and more needed. Yet, Ms. Thomas knows our entire clients by name and face; the love for her career and dedication to our clients makes her an exemplary asset to our community.

Humroy Boothe

Humroy Boothe 

Mr. Boothe worked as a High School Science teacher for 10 years but realized that his passions also involve care for the infirmed. He left teaching in search of new challenges and joined the team at Beverly’s Home Health Care, for whom he has been a part for the past 8 years. At Beverly’s Home Health Care, he serves as the Compliance Manager who makes sure that the high quality of care is always a standard. With a master’s degree in Management, he is equipped with the tools of applying his knowledge in helping the team make informed decisions that will enhance service delivery and client comfort. Beverly’s Home Health Care prides itself on providing the best care possible that is ideal in ensuring the welfare of our clients is always at a premium.

Ricardo Francois

Mr. Francois is a trusted and respected healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. As the office Manager for Beverbrs Home Health Care, and formerly owning and managing his own healthcare agency, Ricardo understands the importance of providing quality care with compassion. It Is because of his values that the staff trusts. His leadership and countless patients rely on his direction to receive the most valuable care.
