Beverly Nichols has committed her life to help others realize their full potential. Ms. Nichols served as a geriatric caregiver for 15 years, providing personalized care to the elderly. Beverly’s great success as a caregiver, consistently complimented by clients and their family members, led to the development of Beverly’s philosophy on caring. As the agency’s luminary, her focus has been on growing an agency grounded in placing the needs of the clients first and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care. Today, her unwavering commitment to her clients remains and can be seen in the service staff deliver. She has received honors for her contribution to community development and healthcare. Ms. Nichols possesses a bachelor’s degree in gerontology from York College.
Khaled Kadry Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kadry is the Chief Executive Officer of Beverly’s Home Healthcare and the lead for Beverly’s Growth Committee.
Mr. Kadry oversees all aspects of the Firm’s Finance, Operation, Human Resource and Growth. Mr. Kadry joined the organization from Kohlberg and Company where he was an Executive Director overseeing a $300M portfolio company. Prior to this Mr. Kadry held executive positions at Northwell Health (Part of the management team that managed a $4.8B Budget), Montefiore Medical Center (part of the management team that managed a $1.6B Budget) and Columbia University Medical Center (part of the management team that managed a $250M Budget). In addition he worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at KPMG advising hospitals and medical groups (Such as NYU Langone, Duke University Medical Center and Childrens Medical Center Dallas and NAPA/North America Partners-Anesthesia). Those initiatives included not only Budgets, but also P&L, Revenue Cycle, Financial Forecasting, Growth Initiatives, Operations and more. Mr. Kadry also worked as a consultant at Navigant Consulting, advising healthcare organizations to meet their bottom line and stream-line processes. He is also a part of the City University of New York Finance & Accounting Faculty where he teaches two classes a year.

He possesses a Masters degree in Healthcare Management from Columbia University and an MBA in Management from Dowling College. Mr. Kadry also completed an executive education in Financial Management from Columbia University and Cornell University business schools and is Green and Lean Belt Six Sigma certified.
