Registered Nurse (RN)

• A licensed professional, and nursing supervisor
• Conducts patient assessment
• Develops individual plan of care
• Supervises HHAs and PCAs
• Maintains ongoing patient evaluation
• Performs Home Care Skilled Nursing
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Carries out health care tasks under the supervision of the RN
• Provides assistance with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and other health-related tasks for the patient
• Trained to provide total home care management

Personal Care Aide (PCA)

• Provides patient assistance with nutritional and environmental support
• Aid in personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing under professional supervision
