What kind of health care services do you provide?
Beverly’s Home Health Care, Inc. offers Skilled Nursing Services, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, and Homemakers services to you or your loved one. You can call us at 718-459-5592 if you have inquiries you want to be answered.
Can you take me through the process of acquiring your services?
- Upon request for service, the Nursing Supervisor will visit the client to conduct a nursing assessment to determine the client need for service. A “Plan of Care” is developed to meet the need of each individual client.
- The Nursing Supervisor will confer with client’s physician, pharmacist, and all others involved in the client care.
- The coordinator selects staff to serve the client base on education, experience, cultural interest, and understanding of the medical needs of the client.
- The selected staff is given orientation in the client’s needs and expectations, also the client have the option to interview the staff before the start of care.
- On the first day of service, the coordinator will place a courtesy call to get feedback on caregiver’s performances, and making sure client expectations are met. In addition, the coordinator will conduct frequent telephone call.
- The Nursing Supervisor will conduct on going supervisory visit to evaluate the care and discuss medical needs of the client.
